Refund policy

At AllOrganic, your satisfaction matters.

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery including opened products. Items must be returned with proof of purchase, and we ask that containers still include the remaining product so our team can properly assess the return.

Once your return is received and reviewed, approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
